一种新型低温漂工艺补偿基准电流源的设计 被引量:2

摘要 基准电流电路是模拟和混合电路系统中非常重要的模块。文章设计了一种高精度基准电流源,在传统PTAT电流电路基础上,增加一级新型电阻和三极管组合电路提高正温度系数,与全MOS管产生的负温度系数电路级联实现温度和工艺补偿。电路基于CSMC-0.5μm工艺,输出电流为100μA,在-20~100℃内具有36×10-6/℃温漂。该设计仅增加很小的面积,即可实现受工艺、电压以及温度变化影响极小的电流源。 Current reference is a very important module in analog and mixed circuits.In this paper,a high precision current reference source is designed.Several resistors and tripolar transistors are added to traditional Proportional to Absolute Temperature(PTAT) current circuit,which enhances proportional action coefficient.Then it is linked with an all MOSFET circuit of inverse proportional to absolute temperature.So,a current reference is achieved,which is independent of process,voltage and temperature,with little area increases only.The circuit is implemented by CSMC-0.5 μm process,and the output current is 100 μA with 36×10-6/℃ as the temperature is between-20 ℃ and 100 ℃.
