本文简述数码摄影发展历程中的一些主要事绩,如:1969年10月美国贝尔研究所发明CCD,1986年柯达公司首次采用CCD作为影像传感器代替银盐胶片摄取图像,并于1991年推出了世界第一台数码照相机,此后国际上一些大公司相继大力开发数码相机和相关器材,数码摄影技术迅速发展,市场日益扩大,1999年家用数码照相机已突破200万像素,影像质量基本达到普通银盐胶片的水平,此后更以惊人速度发展。

This paper outlined main milestones in the development history of digital photography,for instance： in October 1969,the US Bell Laboratories invented CCD;in 1986,Kodak Co.firstly used CCD as imaging sensor instead of silver salts film for taking picture and then unveiled the first digital camera in the world in 1991;thereafter,worldwide big firms eagerly participated in the exploration of digital cameras,relevant equipment and materials,promoting the rapid development of digital imaging technology and market;in 1999 home-use digital camera already hit 2 million pixels,its image quality matched basically normal silver salts film,later on,the development speeded up even more prodigiously.
