高聚物型沉降剂在工业射线胶片中的应用(英文)

摘要 工业射线胶片,作为射线照相无损检测信息的一种记录材料,广泛应用于压力容器、化工机械、航空器、船舶行业及核电站的建设、制造和研究领域。在射线胶片应用过程中,人们不仅需要胶片具有较高的照相性能和涂层表观质量,而且在贮存、照相和冲洗时,人们还要求胶片具有较高的抗高温、高湿能力和较强的抗划伤机械性能。研究人员发现,引入聚合物是一种最有效的措施,本文重点研究了高聚物型沉降剂在工业射线乳剂制备过程中的有效应用。 Industrial radiographic film,as a kind of recording materials in radiography nondestructive testing,is widely used in pressure vessel,chemical machinery,air craft,shipbuilding,nuclear power plant construction and their research.During radiographic film′s application,people not only demand higher photographic properties and coating-layer performance,but also want more requirements in storage,radiography and processing,and higher resistance to high temperature and humidity and strong mechanical properties(resistance to scratch).Researchers found that introducing polymer is one of the most effective measures.This paper focuses on researching for polymeric coagulant effectively used in manufacturing industrial radiographic emulsions
