摘要 通过岩心驱替实验,考察了岩心渗透率(67×10-3~1340×10-3μm2)、膜剂浓度(500~1500 mg/L)、注入段塞尺寸(宏观和微观条件下)、和膜剂吸附时间(0~22 h)、温度(50~80℃)、膜剂阳离子度(14.6%~25.9%)等因素对水驱后膜剂驱油效率的影响。实验结果表明,膜剂驱油能有效提高原油采收率,岩心渗透率和温度对膜剂驱油效率影响较小,段塞尺寸和膜剂阳离子度对驱油效率有一定的影响,较高的膜剂浓度有利于提高采收率。当膜剂浓度为1500 mg/L,膜剂阳离子度大于24%、膜剂注入体积约为1 PV、吸附时间12 h以上时,可获得较高的原油采收率。 In this paper,the effects of oil flooding efficiency of molecular deposition films(MD),named as OFEMDF,were researched,including such as core permeabililty(67×10-3 ~ 1340×10-3 μm2),film concentration(500~1500 mg/L),plug dimension(macroscopic and microscopic),absorption time of film(0~22 h),the experiment temperatures(50~80℃)and cationic degree of the film.It was shown that the molecular deposition films could improve oil recovery effectively.The effects of temperature and core permeability on the OFEMDF were smaller.The plug dimension and cationic degrees could cause influence on the OFEMDF to some extent.Higher concentration of MD was helpful to enhance oil recovery.The higher oil recovery was obtained when the concentration of MD was 1500 mg/L,cationic degrees was higher than 24%,the injection volume of films is about 1 PV and the absorption time is above 12 h.
