摘要
目的研究淡竹叶的化学成分。方法采用系统提取,柱层析方法分离,经理化性质和波谱技术确定所得化合物的结构。结果分离得到6个化合物,鉴定为三十九烷酸(Ⅰ),正三十二烷醇(Ⅱ),三十一烷酸(Ⅲ),对羟基苯甲醛(Ⅳ),反式对香豆酸(Ⅴ),日当药黄素(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ,Ⅴ和Ⅵ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Lophatherum gracile Brongn.Methods Components were separated by solvent extraction and column chromatographic methods.The structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical properties.Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as myricinic acid(Ⅰ),dotriacontanol(Ⅱ),nonatriacontanic acid(Ⅲ),p-hydroxy benzaldehyde(Ⅳ),p-coumaric acid(Ⅴ),and swertiajaponin(Ⅵ).Conclusions Compounds Ⅰ~Ⅲ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ were separated from this plant for the first time.
