摘要
参照渤海南堡35-2油田采出液的现场监测数据,以水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)、钠膨润土、现场生产水和原油配制了模拟聚驱采出液。通过对该模拟聚驱采出液脱水率以及脱出水含油量的测定,考察了阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺加量、阳离子度、相对分子质量对协同破乳效果的影响,同时与破乳剂协同使用,考察其协同破乳时的最佳加量。实验结果表明:在55℃下,HG-752加量为100 mg/L、PDAC-AM加量为50 mg/L时,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺的阳离子度和黏均相对分子质量越大,协同破乳效果越好,使用阳离子度60%、黏均相对分子质量532万的PDAC-AM时,脱水率达98%,除油率达80%以上。
According to the monitoring data obtained from Bohai Nanbao 35-2 oil field,simulated produced fluids was prepared by mixing hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM),sodium soil,water with oil.The effect of the dosage of cationic polymer flocculant,cationic degree of the cationic polymer(PAC-AM) and molecular weight of the PAC-AM on collaborative demulsification was determined by testing the dehydration rate and the oil content in water.The optimum dosage of cationic polymer flocculant used together with demulsifier was also determined..The results showed that when the temperature was 55℃,the dosage of HG-752 was 100 mg/L,the concentration of PAC-AM was 50 mg/L,the higher the cationic degree of PAC-AM and the bigger the molecular weight of PAC-AM,the better the collaborative demulsification.When the cationic degree of PAC-AM was 60% and the viscosity average molecular weight was 532×104,the dehydration rate and oil removal rate could reach 98% and 80%,respectively.
