基于脆弱性分析的资源枯竭型城市接续产业选择研究——以吉林省辽源市为例

Research of the Choice of Continuous Industries of the Resources-exhausted Cities Based on Vulnerability Analysis:The Case of Liaoyuan City of Jilin Province

在分析辽源市产业脆弱性的基础上,借鉴国外相关经验,提出了辽源市接续产业的发展模式;采用定量分析的方法,确定了辽源市新的主导产业;结合辽源市的实际情况,提出了辽源市亟待升级改造的传统优势产业,并根据未来的发展趋势,确定了适于植入的高新技术产业。最后,探讨了辽源市接续产业发展的保障条件。

On the basis of analysis of the industry vulnerability of Liaoyuan City,the results of analysis show that the key problem of vulnerability is the secondary industry.Learn from foreign relevant experience,this paper puts forward the development model of continuous industries in Liaoyuan City.Using the methods of quantitative analysis,the new leading industries are selected,including food processing industry,non-ferrous metals smelting rolling processing industry,non-metallic mineral products industry,pharmaceutical manufacturing,transportation equipment manufacturing,food manufacturing,special equipment manufacturing industry,chemical fiber products,and general machinery manufacturing industry.Combining with the actual situation in Liaoyuan City,through qualitative analysis methods,this paper puts forward the strategy of optimization and upgrading of traditional competitive industries.According to the future development trend,the new high-tech industries are select.Finally,this paper points out the security conditions of the development continuous industries of Liaoyuan City.
