摘要
企业研发团队绩效管理研究一直是国内外学者关注的焦点。应用"输入—过程—输出"模型,研究影响研发团队绩效管理的各类因素,提出了研发团队绩效影响因素框架模型,在此基础上借助系统动力学的思想和方法,建立了基于SD的研发团队绩效管理模型。
The enterprise's RD team performance management research has always been the focus of scholars at home and abroad.According to Input-Process-Output model,this paper researches the various factors that affect RD team performance,and proposes the framework model about the factors influencing RD team performance.Then,with the ideas and methods of system dynamics,the model of RD team performance management based on SD is established,and the paper provides a theoretical reference for RD team performance management of Chinese enterprises.
