摘要
结构性理财产品是商业银行个人理财业务的新兴领域,在我国处于起步发展阶段,目前存在着产品标的和结构单一、产品雷同、风险梯度和支付条款设计不合理、营销和服务专业性不强等问题。进一步推动结构性理财产品的发展,应通过增强开发能力促进产品多元化,"以客户为中心"打造品牌,发挥第三方机构的咨询和评级作用,向"风险监管"模式转型。
