30-112型气锚脱气效率实验分析

摘要 随着油田开发的逐渐深入,油层中的气体对有杆泵抽油效果影响日益突出。为了降低气体对有杆泵泵效的影响,本文采用室内实验方法对30-112型气锚脱气效率展开研究,实验结果表明:30-112型气锚分离效果最好,其脱气效率比普通型提高1.87%,2.15%和2.76%。 Along with oil field development, the effect that gas in oil layer have on the efficiency of pumping system with sucker rod pump has become increasingly prominent. In order to reduce the effect gas has on the efficiency of sucker rod pump, In this paper, indoor experimental methods is used to do a research on 30--112 Type gas anchor, gas anchor. Experimental results show that 30--112 Type gas a- chor is the best,which can improve the degassing efficiency by 1.87% ,2. 15% and 2. 76%.
