摘要 吐哈油田分公司丘陵油田地层复杂,并且普遍采用高压注水、压裂、酸化等增产措施进行开采,导致套管变形较严重,并且部分套损井变形点较多、变形段较长,严重影响了油田的开发。吐哈油田采用小套管悬挂固井技术成功解决了对深井长变段、多点变形无法修复的难题,现场应用较好,为油田套损井治理探索出一套新工艺。 The hills oilfield has complex strata of Turpan--Hami Oilfield Company, it was developed by measurement of high pressure water injection, fracturing, acidification. It led to more severe casing deformation, and damage part of the well casing. The deformation segment is longer and it seriously affects the oilfield development. It used cementing technique of small casing to successfully resolve the problems of a long variable segment of deep well, and solve multi--point deformation of not i'epair well. This tech- nology achieved good site application and explored a new process to manage the oil well easing damage.
