摘要
酒精阳性乳症是危害我国奶牛养殖业的一种营养代谢病,迄今为止,其病因和发生机理仍不清楚。目前没有特效方法防治酒精阳性乳的发生。文章主要介绍了低酸度酒精阳性乳的化学本质及发病机理,为该病的防制和深入研究提供理论支持与参考。
Alcohol-positive milk(APM) is a nutritional and metabolic disease that endangers the Chinese dairy cattle industry.But so far,the disease etiology and pathogenesis remains unclear.There is no special good way to prevent the alcohol-test positive milk from taking place now.This paper introduced chemical substance and pathogenesis mechanism of low acidity alcohol-test positive milk in order to provide the theoretical support and reference for the prevention and control of low acidity alcohol-test positive milk.
