摘要
目前的数控钻床控制系统体积大、价格高、稳定性差,限制了数控钻的发展。本文研制了基于工控机和固高嵌入式运动控制器的开放式数控钻床控制系统,采用运动控制器实现钻床3轴伺服电机和钻头的运动控制,采用PLC实现机床I/O控制,开发了钻床专用示教盒,利用Visual c++6.0编程语言编写人机界面,采用SA算法实现钻孔路径优化设计。实践应用表明:该控制系统性能稳定,控制精度高,可实现走刀路径的优化。
With the disadvantages of large volume,high price and poor stability for NC drilling machine control system,the development of NC drilling machine has been restricted.In the paper,the open NC drilling machine control system based on industrial computer and Googol embedded motion controller is designed,and it adopts motion controller to achieve movement control of three servo motors and the bit of drilling machine.PLC is used for I/O control of machine tool,and the teaching box of drilling machine is developed.Man-machine interface is developed by Visual C++ 6.0 and SA algorithm is adopted for optimal design of drilling path.The practice proves that the machine runs steadily and it can realize the optimization of tool path with high precision control.
