摘要
本文以大H型钢自动控制系统为例,详细介绍了基于西门子PCS7的多PLC之间的通讯,重点突出通讯程序的实现,实现了多PLC之间的程序协调运行和数据通信功能,从而用分散而又相互协作的PLC控制解决方案实现了无法在一个PLC控制器上完成的复杂而连续的控制任务,取得了较好的效果,值得推广。
Take large H-beam steel automatic control system as an example,this paper introduces communication among multi PLC based on Siemens PCS7 in detail.The focal point is the implement of communication program,that is to realize the program coordinated operation and data communication function,thus by using the PLC control solution project with dispersion and coordination to realize complex and continuous task which cannot be realized only with one PLC controller.The project achive better result and is worthy to be popularized
