摘要
利用冲击压路机的冲击碾压技术对高速公路路基进行施工,通过大量的试验研究,确定了碾压的方法、遍数、速度等数据,并考察了冲击压路机的压实机理和影响冲击压实的因素。试验表明:利用冲击压路机的冲击碾压技术可提高路基的压实度、整体强度和承载力,加速了路基的下沉,减少了路基的工后沉降。
The impact compaction technology is applied in the construction of subgrade of expressway by means of impact compactor. The compaction method, times and speed of the compactor are determined through numerous tests, and the compaction principle as well as influencing factors is inspected. The tests show that the application of impact compaction technology can improve the compaction degree of subgrade, total strength as well as bearing capacity; accelerate the sinking of subgrade; decrease the post-construction settlement.
