摘要
提出一种气动式深度模拟器,通过实时检测计算实际模拟压力和设定压力的误差和误差变化率,采用模糊PID算法控制进/排气比例阀的开度,产生期望的压力输出,用来模拟不同海洋深度下的压力。讨论了密闭容器充放气过程的简化模型,并对系统中的关键技术及具体实施方案进行了研究,具有实际使用价值。
A pneumatic depth simulator is put forward, which can provide anticipant pressure output to simulate pressure of different sea depth by controlling opening degree of in/out proportion valves with fuzzy-PID arithmetic according to errors and variation of errors between actual simulated pressure and setting pressure. A simplified model of inflation and deflation in a closed vessel is discussed The key technology and concrete implementation scheme of this system is also researched It can be applied to practice.
