高职院校礼仪教育刍议

On the Etiquette Education of Vocational Colleges

礼仪是个人内在素质与修养的外在表现,是社会进步和人类文明发展的重要标志。加强高职院校学生的礼仪教育是顺应时代发展与提高学生职业素质的必然要求。针对当前高职院校学生的文明素质现状,结合高职院校学生的特点,分析礼仪教育缺失的原因,进而希望学校、社会、家庭等方面形成教育合力,提出提高大学生文明修养的可行性策略。

The etiquette not only is the outward manifestation of one＇s intrinsic quality and individual accomplishment but also is important sign on social progress and development of human civilization.To strengthen etiquette education of vocational college students is the necessary requirement for the development of the times and the improvement of students＇ professional qualities.The article studies the present civilization quality situation of vocational college students,combines the characteristics of higher vocational college students,analyses the reasons for lack of etiquette education.It concludes that the school,the society and the family should cooperate with each other and form the education resulting force,and meanwhile it puts forward some feasible strategies of improving the civilized self-cultivation of vocational college students.
