摘要
人的概念在现代企业经营管理中日显重要,人力资源价值链管理作为人力资源管理的一种模式也越来越得到学术界和企业界的关注。从价值链管理的思想出发,将企业人力资源管理的全过程划分为"价值梳理——价值管理——价值开发"三大过程,并据此分析各个阶段企业各级管理者应发挥的作用,以期帮助企业更好提升人力资源管理水平。
The concept of human is important in modern enterprise management and operation obviously.The human resources value chain management as one model of the human resources management obtains the academic and the business attention and more.The article embarks from the thought of value chain management,divides the entire process of human resources management for "the value organize-the value management-the value development" three processes.Then,it analyzes how every manager can play an important role to help the enterprise better promotion the level of human resources management.
