摘要
在理解文献信息教学与创新人才培养关系的基础上,我们通过分析传统文献信息课程教学存在的问题,提出面向创新人才培养的文献信息课程教学的改革探索,包括课程体系、师资队伍、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价体系等。
Aimed at the existing problems in the teaching process of document retrieval and application course for undergraduate students,the paper puts forward the improved teaching program to meet the innovative talents＇ training need,such as,course system,teaching force,teaching contents,teaching skills and teaching evaluation,etc.
