摘要
目的分析十字交叉心(CH)的彩色多普勒超声心动图图像特征,评价多普勒超声心动图诊断CH的准确性。方法回顾性分析16例CH患者的超声心动图检查结果,并与外科手术结果相对照。结果 16例患者中超声心动图诊断正确10例(占62.5%),漏诊6例(占37.5%)。11例(68.8%)合并右室双出口,4例(25.0%)合并大动脉转位,1例(6.2%)合并肺动脉闭锁。结论多普勒超声心动图可以较准确地诊断CH,但需与上下心室相鉴别。
Objective To review the characteristics of Doppler echocardiography of crisscross heart（CH） and to evaluate the accuracy of the diagnosis by doppler echocardiography.Methods Echocardiography of 16 patients with CH was retrospectively studied,and was compared with the results of surgery.Results 10 in 16 patients（62.5%） were diagnosed correctly,6 cases were missed diagnosis（37.5%）.In 16 cases,11 cases were with double outlet of right ventricle,4 cases with transposition of great arteries,and 1 case with pulmonary atresia.Conclusion CH could be diagnosed accurately by Doppler echocardiography,but it should be differentiated from superior-inferior ventricles.
