诱生型一氧化氮合酶在妊娠中作用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 近两年的研究表明,在正常或病理性妊娠的胎盘、脐带等妊娠组织中可有诱生型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的表达。认为iNOS在妊娠中具有参与调节子宫胎盘动脉生理性扩张,调节胎盘血管口径,抑制子宫肌肉收缩,监视、防御母体免疫损伤及病原体等生理性作用。也有研究认为iNOS有引发早期流产及导致胎盘绒毛血管结构紊乱的病理作用。
