In the development history of Ningbo private technological entrepreneurs,the role changes from necessity-driven entrepreneurship to development-driven model is the most significant feature.That the govenmant should adjust itself to meeting the demand of entrepreneurs is a basic understanding.The mini-size technological enterprises play an important role in the local economic development.In promoting the technological entrepreneurship,the local government is supposed to give more support to the mini-size technological enterprises by setting up a sound supporting system in accord with law of development.
