两种透明敷贴固定小儿静脉留置针效果的比较

Comparative Study on Effects of Two Pediatric Transparent Dressing Pastes in Fixing Intravenous Indwelling Needle

目的比较两种敷贴固定小儿静脉留置针的效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2009年7-8月某院儿科需要进行静脉留置针穿刺的患儿288名,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=146)和对照组(n=142)。观察组患儿用高通透性透明敷贴进行固定,对照组患儿采用传统透明敷贴进行固定,比较两组患儿留置针软管情况及患儿局部皮肤发红情况。结果观察组患儿留置针软管滑脱、打折的情况较少,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患儿局部皮肤发红的情况较少,与对照组相比,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高通透性透明敷料黏性好、易固定、透气性高,是固定留置针值得推广的的好方法。

Objective To compare the fixing effect of the two dressing pastes in fixing pediatric intravenous indwelling needle.Methods Using convenience sampling method,288 children who needed intravenous indwelling needle puncture from July to August 2009 were selected and divided into an observational group（n=146）and a control group（n=142）.The observational group used 3MHP（high permeability） dressing paste to fix,while the control group used the routine transparent dressing paste.Comparisons were conducted on the conditions of the tubes of indwelling needles and localized skin redness.Results The incidences of slippage of remaining needle and flexing were significantly less in the observational group than in the control group（P0.05）.The occurrence of skin redness was also significantly less in the observational group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion 3MHP transparent dressing paste is easy to use for fixing remaining needle with good viscosity and high air permeability,which deserves further clinical promotion.
