摘要
目的探讨ECT对实验性肝脏创伤的诊断价值。方法采用钢球自由落体复制家兔肝脏撞击伤模型,ECT静态和动态采集观察核素显像。结果肝损伤的主要类型有肝包膜下血肿、肝实质裂伤、肝中心型破裂及肝实质广泛破裂;影像变化主要表现在影像面积增大、低放射性分布区和明显缺损区。放射性核素分布变化与肝损伤类型有较好的相关性。结论ECT对肝创伤有较好的诊断参考价值。
Objective To establish the experimental model of hepatic impact injury and explore the clinical valur of ECT in diagnosis of tha hepatic injury. Methods The model of hepatic impact injury was established in rabbits with a steel ball falling down to the xiphoid process of the animals.Static and dynamic imagings were conducted with ECT using nuclide as the tracer.Results The types of the hepatic injury included the subcapsular hematoma,parenchymal rupture, central rupture and the extensive rupture of the liver in combination with injury of the large blood vessels. After the impact injury, the image in all the animals was increased and most of the regions were of low radioactivity or without radioactivity.The changes in distribution of the radioactive nuclide were correlated to the types of the hepatic injury.Conclusion ECT is fairly valuable to diagnose the hepatic impact injury.
