摘要
针对沉浸式虚拟维修训练开发成本高、技术难度大等缺点,设计了适用于基层维修训练的桌面式虚拟维修训练系统,重点研究了维修过程的仿真及训练评估。采用逐层分解及层内流程图的形式较好地实现了维修过程描述,设计了维修过程仿真思路,并提出基于交互行为模型的基本维修作业仿真。设计了评估总体思路,给出了评估算法及实现方法。最后在上述开发环境中实现了某传真机桌面式虚拟维修训练系统,验证了系统的可行性。
To overcome high cost and great technology difficulty in immersive virtual maintenance training system(VMTS)developing,the paper projects a desktop virtual maintenance training system which is applicable for maintenance training of grass roots,and researches simulation of maintenance process and training evaluation emphatically.The paper adopts the form of decomposing each layer and using flow chart inner each layer to describe the maintenance process,then designs idea of simulation of maintenance process,and proposes basic maintenance task simulation based on inter-behavior model,designs general idea of evaluation,presents arithmetic and way of realization for evaluation,realizes a desktop VMTS for some electrograph based on Virtools,and validates feasibility of the system lastly.
