Because of its particularity of legal status,colleges and universities often conflict with university students＇ legitimate rights and interests in the course of exercising its administrative power.Obviously,this phenomenon doesn＇t conform to the idea of managing the school and building the harmonious campus in accordance with the law.So it appears particularly important to study the properties and equitable mechanism about the conflicts between university＇s administrative power and students＇ rights and interests.The core is to define legal status and independent administration authority of the university,and to improve protection and way of relief for student＇s rights and interests.These measures can play a positive role in guaranteeing the order in education and safeguarding rights and interests of university students.
