电视胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸62例分析

Video-assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery for Spontaneous Pneumothorax:Analysis of 62 Cases

目的总结电视胸腔镜手术(video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery,VATS)治疗自发性气胸的优越性。方法 2005年8月～2010年2月对62例自发性气胸行VATS,肺大疱用切割缝合器切除,部分肺大疱用丝线结扎。结果术后平均住院7.4d,胸腔引流管放置平均3.6d。术后并发症2例(均为部分肺不张)。全部病例治愈,随访5个月～4年,无复发。结论 VATS是彻底治疗自发性气胸的最佳方法,其疗效确切,具有创伤小、恢复快等优点。

Objective To analyze the superiority of treating spontaneous pneumothorax by video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery（VATS）.Methods We reviewed 62 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax by VATS from Aug,2005 to Feb,2010.Bullaes of the lung were performed by using Endo-GIA.Results The average hospital stay after surgery was 7.4 d,the drainage tube was withdrawn mean 3.6 d.Postoperative Complications were 2 cases,they were atelectasis.They were followed up for 5 months to 4 years.All of patients were cured,and were not relapsed.Conclusion VATS is the best way to cured the spontaneous pneumothorax,it is effective,minimally invasive and rapid recovery.
