中等职业学校畜牧兽医专业发展面临的困境及对策

The plight and countermeasure to the major of animal husbandary and veterinary at secondary vocational schools in its development

本文分析了中等职业学校畜牧兽医专业发展面临的困境:办学理念落后;教师积极性低;课程设置不合理,教材内容陈旧;实验设备不足,实训条件差。通过对以上问题的思考和分析,提出相应的破解对策:转变办学理念,多种形式办学;加强师资队伍的建设;改革课程设置,调整教材内容;建好实验室和生产实训基地。

The major of animal husbandary and veterinary at secondary vocational schools plays special accelerating role to the development of the animal husbandary,but as some social and personal reasons restrict the development of the major of animal husbandary and veterinary at secondary vocational schools at present.To accelerate the animal husbandary＇s development,this paper briefly describes the plight of animal husbandry and veterinary at secondary vocational schools,such as backward of educational idea,low motivation of teachers,unreasonable setting of curriculum,outstated of teaching materials,lack of experimental equipment and poor training conditions and so on.Through the reflection and analysis of the above mentioned problems,the anthor proposed corresponding solutions,which includes to change the educational idea,with more ways to run the shool,strengthen teaching staff,innovate the setting of curriculum,adjust teaching materials,manage good laboratory and sep up training base.
