日益激烈的就业竞争,使传统的高校管理工作面临巨大的挑战,传统的学生管理模式已不能适应社会发展的要求。从钦州学院学生管理工作中存在的问题出发,提出新形势下新的学生管理模式—面向就业的学生管理模式,旨在提高高校的学生管理水平和大学生就业能力。

More and more students make the traditional institution＇s management facing huge challenges.The traditional mode of student＇management work has no longer adapted soicia development.Promoting the concept of students＇management,reforming and perfecting students,management machine,optimizing the professions setting and communities,structure,networking the employment information,informationizing students,mangement are types of managenment in new timees,which can meet needs of employment,prove the students,management work and students,mangement work and students＇employability.
