摘要今年以来,人民币升值的外部压力骤增。如何看待目前的经济失衡和人民币汇率所承受的压力,认清人民币汇率的变动性质,事关世界经济长期稳定发展和中国经济平稳运行,有必要对目前含糊不清甚至被颠倒的问题予以澄清。南开大学的范小云、刘澜飚在《人民币汇率:必须澄清的几个问题》一文中对这些问题作了深入的分析。
