Synthesis of Laurocapramum via Phase Transfer Catalysis

月桂氮酮是一种新型皮肤渗透促进剂,对亲水亲油性化合物均有明显的助渗作用,为当今皮肤渗透促进剂的研究热点之一。经过溴化、N-烷基化二步反应,采用液—液相转移法合成了月桂氮酮。并对其反应机理进行了分析,对各反应产物的合成条件进行了考察,在理想的反应条件下,收率分别达到82.8%和90.4%。并用折光率、红外光谱和核磁共振谱等分析手段对所合成产物的结构进行了表征。

As one of hotspots for transdermatica,Laurocapramum is a new type of transdeernal penetrating agent;it has distinct osmosis to hydrophile and anhydrophile compounds.Laurocapramum was synthesized through reactions of bromination and N-unialkylation.The reaction mechanism was analyzed and the effects of various conditions on the reaction were investigated.Under the optimal conditions,the yields were 82.8% and 90.4% respectively.The structure of the product was characterized by IR,HNMR and refractometer.
