中西医结合治疗颈性眩晕108例疗效观察

The Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Cervical Vertigo,a Report of 108 Cases

采用半夏白术天麻汤加减配合西比灵等治疗颈性眩晕１０８例，设单纯西药治疗１０４例作对照。结果：治疗组痊愈６４例，有效４１例，无效３例，总有效率为９７．２％；对照组痊愈４３例，有效５３例，无效８例，总有效率为９２．３％。痊愈率治疗组高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

cases of cervical vertigo were treated with modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and some western medicine such as Flunarizine.104 cases treated only with western medicine were set as the control group.Result:In the treatment group 64 cases were cured,41 effective,3 ineffective and the total effective rate 97.2%.In the control group it respectively was 43,53,8,92.3%.
