摘要 从顾客价值理论视角来看,发现"传统的管理学教学法"教学质量问题,构建管理学教学质量差距模型,寻求解决问题的对策。本文从关注学生价值和学生需求角度的出发,将教学理论转化成可操作性与可观察性的教学活动,实现管理学的理论教学与实践教学有机结合,旨在提高管理学课堂教学质量,从而提高学生对管理学教学的感知价值和满意度。 Based on the perspective of customer value theory,to find quality problems in the traditional teaching methods based on principle of management,also establish the gap in quality model of teaching principle of management.As well as try to find the countermeasure to solve the problems.This study focus on students value and need,furthermore how to transfer the theoretical part of teaching into practice which is featured by maneuverability and observability,finally implement the seamless integration of teaching theory and practice of principle of management in order to improve the quality of teaching,sequentially,enhance the perceived value and satisfaction of students.
