我国安全生产服务中介组织在从事安全生产技术服务性工作方面,越来越显示其重要的作用和广阔的前景。但是,由于我国相关的法律制度不够健全、相关人员的法律意识淡薄以及缺乏综合统一的监管机制,我国安全生产服务中介组织的发展现状不甚乐观。因此,针对以上出现的问题,必须完善我国相关法律制度,加强行业监管。

The safety services intermediaries of our country,engaged in safety technical services,are Increasingly showing its important role and prospects.But,because a unsound legal system,a very weak legal consciousness,and lack of a comprehensive unified regulatory mechanism in our country,the development of our safety services intermediaries is not optimistic.So against above problems,we must perfect our related legal system and strengthen the sector regulator.
