摘要
本文讨论了辅导员与班主任协作机制的优势与目前实际工作中存在的问题,并借助纽科姆人际传播理论对辅导员与班主任的协作机制进行了分析。从辅导员与班主任的思想道德高度、对学生的情感态度、心理距离等多个方面对如何有效利用辅导员、班主任、学生的沟通促进思想政治教育效果的优化进行了探讨。
This paper discusses the mechanism of instructor and class teacher collaboration strengths and present practical problems,and interpersonal communication theory with Newcomb to the counselor and head teacher of the cooperative mechanism is analyzed.From the instructor and the class teacher's ideological and moral high degree of emotional attitude of students,many aspects of psychological distance on how to make use of counselor,class teachers and students to promote communication between the effects of optimization of ideological and political education were discussed.
