This paper discusses the mechanism of instructor and class teacher collaboration strengths and present practical problems,and interpersonal communication theory with Newcomb to the counselor and head teacher of the cooperative mechanism is analyzed.From the instructor and the class teacher＇s ideological and moral high degree of emotional attitude of students,many aspects of psychological distance on how to make use of counselor,class teachers and students to promote communication between the effects of optimization of ideological and political education were discussed.
