随着高等教育的大众化,高等教育质量发生了一些问题,各国政府教育部门开始介入。ISO9001质量管理体系通过有效地执行一系列过程规范,确保各项活动过程的质量受控,为各类组织包括高校提高教育质量提供了一套科学、系统的模式,国外高校实施质量管理体系取得了巨大成功并呈现一些共同特征,我国部分高校开始实施质量管理体系并取得了积极的效果,但也存在一些问题。

With the popularization of higher education,the quality of higher education have been some problems,governments began to intervene in the education sector.IS09001 quality management system through the effective implementation of a series of process specifications,ensure that activities process of quality controlled for all types of organizations,including the institute by providing quality education in a scientific,systematic model for foreign university has made great success to implement quality management system and showed some common features,some universities in China began to implement quality management system and achieved positive results,but there are also some problems.
