教师这个职业是伴随着人类社会的产生而产生的,到了20世纪,教师的专业化发展才逐渐被人们所重视,到了21世纪,更加引起了社会各界的广泛关注,作为教师行业之一的音乐教师的专业发展当然也是如此。本文分析了音乐教师应具备专业知识结构,并提出了音乐教师专业化发展的策略,希望能够给音乐教育工作者提供一定的帮助。

The emergence of the teaching profession is accompanied by the emergence of human society.By the 20th century.the professional development of teachers only gradually attracts attention in the 21st century,arousing widespread concern in all sectors of society.And the development of teaching profession of music teachers,of course,is the same.This paper analyzes that the music teacher should have the professional knowledge structure,and made professional development strategy for a music teacher,hoping to give music educators some help.
