摘要
高职院校中"双师型"教师队伍的构建,不仅是提高专业教师综合素质的有效途径,也是增强高职院校核心竞争力的有效手段。本文拟对高职院校"双师型"教师的内涵及现状进行分析,并提出对策,希望能从中得出一些有益的启示。
The construction of "Double" teachers in vocational colleges,is not only effective ways of improving the overall quality of professional teachers,but also effective means of enhancing the core competitiveness of vocational college.This paper intends to analyze the meaning of "Double" teachers and status in vocational colleges,and propose a solution,to draw some useful lessons.
