摘要
当前,我国高职院校教师流失现象越发频繁,这对于正值青年期的高职院校,不论是办学效益、办学质量.还是办学声誉等方面都产生了消极的影响。如何吸引人才、防范人才流失是值得深入探讨的重要课题。文章分析了高职院校中教师流失的现状、原因及影响,并针对性地提出了防范高职院校教师流失问题的建设性意见。
At present,China's vocational colleges staff turnover is more frequent,which for adolescent's vocational institutions,running a negative impact whether school effectiveness,educational quality,reputation or other aspects.How to attract qualified personnel to prevent brain drain is an important topic worthy of further investigation.The paper analyzes the loss of Vocational Teacher Status,causes and effects,and puts forward against the loss of vocational college teachers constructive comments.
