摘要
目的:分析南宁市中医院药品不良反应(ADR)的发生特点,为合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2008年1月—2009年12月收集并上报的153例ADR报告进行分类统计分析。结果:在153例ADR中,以静脉给药产生ADR比例最高(73.86%),涉及药物以抗菌药物所占比例最高(62.74%),主要的ADR类型为皮肤及其附件的损害(59.48%)。结论:应重视ADR,加强ADR监测,减少ADR的发生。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze the characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADR） occurred in our hospital for reference of rationa1 use of drugs.METHODS：A total of 153 ADR cases co1lected in our hospital from Jan.2008 to Dec.2009 were classified and analyzed statistically.RESULTS：Of the 153 ADR cases,73.86% were induced via intravenous route.Among the drugs that induced ADR,the antibacterials represented 62.74%.The ADR manifested itself as lesions of skin and the appendages（59.48%）.CONCLUSION：It is necessary to intensify ADR monitoring and reduce ADR incidence.
