变压吸附制高纯医用氧流程的研究 被引量:1

Process for producing high purity medical oxygen by pressure swing adsorption

摘要 目的:研究一种用变压吸附方法由空气生产高纯医用氧气的流程。方法:将压缩空气通过二级吸附单元,除去空气中的氮气和氩气,从而获得浓度高达98%的氧气,第一级装填有沸石分子筛,第二级装填有碳分子筛。结果:仅采用一台无油空压机就可产出浓度高达98.4%的医用氧气。结论:所采用的流程适用于从空气中分离出高浓度的氧气。 Objective: To obtain high purity medical oxygen from air by pressure swing adsorption. Methods: Compressed air was passed through two adsorbers, one was packed with zeolite molecular sieve, another was packed with carbon molecular sieve. Results: An oxygen gas having an oxygen content of 984% was produced with only one oilfree air compressor. Conclusion: The result indicates that with this process high purity medical oxygen can be produced.
