摘要
以工业乙腈为原料,采用氧化-精馏-吸附-干燥的组合工艺制备了色谱级乙腈,讨论了氧化精馏和吸附的工艺条件,应用结果表明其实用效果达到了进口色谱乙腈的标准,明显优于国内生产的同类产品。
Using commercial acetonitrile as the raw material,chromatographic grade acetonitrile was produced by the composite process of oxidation,rectifying,adsorption and drying. Technologcial conditions of oxidation,rectifying and adsorption were investigated. The application demonstrated that the acetonitrile reached the performance of imported chromatographic grade acetonitrile,which was superior to the domestic products apparently.
