阿司匹林对高血压前期患者的干预研究

Intervention of aspirin on prehypertension

目的:研究阿司匹林对高血压前期患者的干预效果。方法:收集2007年1月～2007年12月在本院做健康体检的高血压前期志愿者53例,分为3组,A组仅提供饮食建议;B组在饮食建议基础上,晨服小剂量阿司匹林;C组在饮食建议基础上,睡前服小剂量阿司匹林。干预前、后检测血压,并以血小板集聚率评价阿司匹林抵抗情况。结果:干预4个月后,A、B两组的血压均无明显变化,只有C组的收缩压和舒张压均呈显著性下降(P<0.05)。通过评价阿司匹林抵抗发现,B组发生阿司匹林完全抵抗或半抵抗的百分率稍高于C组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:睡前服用小剂量阿司匹林对高血压前期有较好的降压治疗效果,将可能有利于高血压的早期预防。

Objective： To explore the intervention effect of aspirin on prehypertension.Methods： A total of 53 volunteers were employed in this study diagnosed as prehypertension in health examination from Jan.2007 to Dec.2007.The volunteers were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group A only took diet suggestion;Group B was administrated with low-dose aspirin in the morning;and Group C was administrated with low-dose aspirin at bedtime.Blood pressure was detected and analyzed before and after the intervention.Platelet aggregation rate was detected to evaluate the aspirin resistance.Results： After 4 months of intervention,the blood pressure in group A and B showed no obvious change.However,both the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure decreased significantly in group C（P0.05）.The analysis of platelet aggregation rate showed that,group B contained more complete and semi-aspirin resistance cases than group C.But these differences were not significant（P0.05）.Conclusions： Administration of low-dose aspirin at bedtime is effective on depressing the blood pressure in prehypertension,which might provide a way to prevent hypertension in the prehypertension phase.
