Diagnosis and treatment for infertility with small follicles cycle

目的:研究小卵泡周期不孕症的诊治。方法:对51个小卵泡周期不孕症患者先改善血供,后进行促排卵治疗。结果:本组患者51例,改善血供后,有5例妊娠。促排卵治疗后,又有29例妊娠。结论:阿司匹林和丹参可通过改善功能侧卵巢血供促进卵泡生长,但对卵泡似圆度无影响;克罗米芬既可促进卵泡生长发育,提高其形态质量,还可以改善功能侧卵巢血供;阶梯式治疗方案在不孕症治疗中有很高的成本效益比。

Objective： To explore the diagnosis and treatment for infertility with small follicles cycle.Methods： A total of 51 infertile patients with small follicle cycle underwent blood supply improvement firstly,then ovulation induction treatment secondly.Results： After blood supply improvement,5 cases were pregnant.And other 29 cases had pregnancy after ovulation induction treatment.Conclusions： Aspirin and Danshen can improve blood supply,promote follicular growth in bilateral ovaries,but have no effect on follicle roundness.Clomiphene citrate not only can promote follicle growth and development,improve follicle morphology,but also can improve ovarian blood supply.Gradual treatment for infertility treatment has high cost-effective rate,and deserves clinical application.
