Analysis on premarital physical examination status in Nanning city in recent ten years

目的:通过南宁市10年婚前医学检查情况分析,了解婚前医学检查疾病检出情况及新的《婚姻登记条例》实施前后对婚检率的影响,并针对目前南宁市婚前医学检查的现状,提出相应的对策。方法:对南宁市1999～2008年婚前医学检查资料进行回顾性分析。结果:10年应检人数278076例,实检人数92105例,检出疾病14970例,疾病检出率16.25%,检出疾病以生殖系统疾病最高,为6515例,占7.07%;其次为指定传染性疾病4672例,占5.07%;内科系统疾病1714例,占1.86%;遗传性疾病409例,占0.44%;精神性疾病8例,占0.009%;平均婚检率33.12%,1999～2003年婚检率相对高,其中最高是2001年,为87.87%,2003年以后婚检率下降明显,最低婚检率是2004年,为4.72%。结论:婚前医学检查是疾病控制的重要手段,应广泛宣传婚检的重要性,推行个体化服务与建议性医学意见,对促进健康婚配、阻断传染性疾病的传播、遗传性疾病的传递、全面提高出生人口素质有着重要的意义。

Objective：To understand the detection status of diseases during premarital physical examination and the effect of new ＂Regulations on Control of Marriage Registration＂ before and after implementation on the rate of premarital physical examination in Nanning by analyzing the premarital physical examination status in Nanning in recent ten years,and propose corresponding strategies targeted to the status of premarital physical examination status in Nanning.Methods：The clinical data of premarital physical examination in Nanning from 1999 to 2008 were analyzed retrospectively.Results：During the past 10 years,278 076 persons should be examined,but only 92 105 persons were examined actually.14 970 persons were found with diseases,the detection rate was 16.25%.The detection rate of reproductive system diseases was the highest（6 515 persons,7.07%）,followed by the specified transmission diseases（4 672 persons,5.07%）;the proportions of medical system diseases,hereditary diseases and mental disorders were 1.86%（1 714 persons）,0.44%（409 persons） and 0.009%（8 persons）,respectively;the average premarital physical examination rate was 33.12%,the premarital physical examination rates from 1999 to 2003 were relatively high,the premarital physical examination rate in 2001 was the highest,up to 87.87%.After 2003,the premarital physical examination rate dropped significantly,and the lowest was in 2004,down to 4.72%.Conclusion：Premarital physical examination is an important method for disease control.The importance of premarital physical examination should be propagandized widely,individual services and medical suggestions should be conducted,all the above mentioned measures are important for promoting health marriage,blocking the transmission of infectious diseases and genetic diseases and improving the quality of birth population.
