淡竹叶中日当药黄素的含量测定研究

Study on Determination of Swertiajaponin in Herba Lophatheri

目的：建立淡竹叶中日当药黄素的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法测定不同产地、不同采收期淡竹叶中日当药黄素的含量。结果：日当药黄素在0.672-4.704μg范围内线性关系良好;平均加样回收率在93.9%-104.0%之间,RSD为100.92%。结论：该方法操作简便,重现性高,特异性强,能准确的测定淡竹叶中日当药黄素的含量,为评价淡竹叶的质量提供了有效方法。

Objective： To develop a method for determination of swertiajaponin in Lophatherum gracile Brongn.Method： The HPLC method was applied and determined swertiajaponin in Herba Lophatheri from different habitats and harvesting time.Result： In the range of 0.672~4.704μg,the linear relationship were excellent;the mean recoveries were between 93.9% and 104.0%,and RSD values were 100.92%.Conclusion： The method is simple,high reproducibility,specificity,can determinate the swertiajaponin in Herba Lophatheri accurately,which provide an effective method to evaluate the quality of Herba Lophatheri.
