首舒康冲剂中丹参、葛根提取工艺的研究

To Observe the Salvia,Pueraria Exfvaction Process of First Shukang Granules

目的:优选首舒康冲剂最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以丹酚酸B、葛根素的提取率为主要评价指标,考察提取时间(A)、提取次数(B)、溶媒量(C)和乙醇浓度(D),对丹参、葛根提取条件进行优化。结果:因素B和C有显著影响,因素A有一定影响。因素A、B和C对葛根提取有显著影响,因素D有一定影响。结论:最佳提取丹参工艺是A1B3C3。最佳提取葛根工艺是A1B3C3D3。

To optimize the best extraction process first Shukang granules.Methods： orthogonal to Dan acid B,the extraction of puerarin was the main evaluation index,the extraction time（A）,extraction times（B）,solvent volume（C） and ethanol concentration（D）,on Salvia,Pueraria extraction conditions were optimized.Results： The factors AB and C were significantly affected.Factors A,B and C on the Effects of Pueraria lobata have a significant effect,factor D to some extent.Conclusion： The optimum extraction process is Salvia A1B3C3.The best extraction technology Pueraria is A1B3C3D3.
