益气养阴活血法对胃癌前病变大鼠VEGF影响的研究

Influence on Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Principle to PLGC the Big Rats VEGF

目的:探讨益气养阴活血法对胃癌前病变大鼠VEGF的影响。方法:Wistar雄性大鼠,随机分成模型组、正常对照组、中药低剂量组、中药高剂量组和维霉素组,每组15只。采用N-甲基-N'-硝基-N-亚硝基胍(MNNG)、35%无水乙醇及热面糊灌胃等方法造模,时间为16周。结果:益气养阴活血法可降低胃癌前病变大鼠VEGF的表达。结论:益气养阴活血法干预可下调胃癌前病变大鼠的VEGF水平,从而抑制内皮细胞生长和血管生成,起到防治胃癌前病变的作用。

Objective：Discusses Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue principle to PLGC the big rats VEGF influence.Methods： Wistar rats were randomly divided into model group,normal control group,low dose group,high dose group and WEIFUCHUN group of 15.With MNNG,35% anhydrous ethanol and hot batter is fed by meas of modeling,the time for 16 weeks.Results： Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue principle intervention can reduce the PLGC in rats the expression of VEGF.Conclusion： Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue principle can declines the PLGC big mouse VEGF level.Thus the suppression endothelial cell growth and the blood vessel production,plays in front of the preventing and controlling PLGC role.
