血府逐瘀汤治疗心血管疾病及其机理研究进展

The Progress of the Xuefuzhuyu Decoction in Treating Cardiovascular Diseases

目的:介绍血府逐瘀汤在心血管疾病中的应用及其机理。方法:查阅近10余年临床与实验文献。结果与结论:血府逐瘀汤广泛应用于冠心病、心肌梗死、慢性心力衰竭、心律失常、病毒性心肌炎、高血压病、肺心病等心血管疾病,疗效良好;实验研究提示本方治疗心血管疾病的机理,与调节血脂代谢,改善动脉粥样硬化;改善心肌缺血,保护心肌细胞;调节血管内皮细胞功能;扩张冠状动脉,改善血液流变性;抑制肺动脉平滑肌细胞增殖,防止血管重构等作用有关。

Objective： The purpose of this manuscript is to overview the Xuefuzhuyu Decoction,a traditional Chinese medicine prescription,in cardiovascular diseases.Methods： We refered to the past 10 years of clinical and experimental literature.Results：Many clinical reports have indicated that Xuefuzhuyu Decoction has significantly effects in cardiovascular diseases such as Coronary heart disease,Myocardial infarction,Heart failure,Arrhythmia,Viral Myocarditis Hypertension and Pulmonary heart disease.Conclusions： From experimental studies have suggested that Xuefuzhuyu Decoction can regulate blood-lipid metabolism,improve atherosclerosis;improve myocardial,protect myocardial cells;improve microcirculation,prevent thrombosis;expand the coronary artery,improve blood rheology;inhibit the proliferation of PASMC,prevent ventricular remodeling.
