采用液相色谱-串联质谱法检测血清中痕量异杀鼠酮 被引量:11

摘要 异杀鼠酮是一种新颖高效的抗凝血类灭鼠剂,主要用于家庭或野外灭鼠,目前在国内已有一定范围的使用,其对大鼠的急性口服LD50为50mg/kg,具有较大的毒性,如果使用保管不当或者误食投毒,极有可能造成人畜的急性中毒甚至死亡。目前,尽管已有较多的抗凝血类鼠药的检测文献”刮报道,但少有异杀鼠酮残留测定的文献,
